Georgian jurist, former chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Konstantine Kublashvili, passed away.
Kublashvili’s relatives confirm the information.
For information, Kote Kublashvili was appointed as a member of the Council of Justice of Georgia in 2000. In 2000-2002, he was the first deputy of the Minister of Justice of Georgia, the parliamentary secretary of the ministry.
In 2002-2004, he worked as a lawyer in the law firm “Georgian Lawyers for Justice”. In 2004-2005, he worked as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Public Law Legal Entity Development and Reforms Fund under the President of Georgia, and then as a director of the Fund.
In 2005-2015, he was the chairman of the Supreme Court of Georgia.
