“In my opinion, from the point of view of getting the status of a candidate, the process will be even more complicated with sanctioned judges, therefore it is essential, in the court concrete steps to be taken in order to implement the recommendation issued in relation to the court fully, and the implementation of this recommendation not to leave any question marks,” Public Defender Levan Ioseliani said.
Public Defender noted that he could talk about the recommendations and problems that the former public defender and he, as a member of the parliament, had over the years in relation to the court.
“This was related, among other things, to the formation of the Council of Justice, the separation of the School of Justice, and the introduction of the transparency process. This is the main list of recommendations, which, among other things, the representative of the Public Defender in the Parliament always emphasized, and we continue to work in this direction,” Ioseliani noted.
