At a regional campaign event in Rustavi, Bidzina Ivanishvili emphasized why he believes it is necessary to vote for Georgian Dream in the October 26 elections. According to him, reelecting the party again this year promises that Georgia will not be forced into war by any means, and that war criminals will face justice.
Ivanishvili highlighted the current government’s efforts to strengthen democracy and media independence, allowing citizens to live without fear of political persecution.
He further noted improvements in energy independence, infrastructure, and agriculture in Kvemo Kartli, as well as Rustavi’s industrial revival since the party’s ascension.
