Nearly 70% of Ukrainians would vote in favour of Ukraine’s accession to the European Union if a referendum were held, while more than 61% would support joining NATO, a Socis Centre for Social Research poll shows.

The survey found that 69.2% of respondents would vote for EU membership, while 22.2% would oppose it. Some 8.7% said they would not participate in the referendum or had not made up their mind.

In a NATO membership referendum, 61.2% said they would vote in favour, while 29.5% would vote against. Another 9.4% said they would not vote or were undecided.

The poll was conducted by the Socis Centre for Social Research on July 28-August 2, 2026, among 2,000 respondents, with a margin of error of ±2.6%, and was reported by European Pravda.

A previous June survey showed that 79% of Ukrainians supported EU membership, while 63% backed NATO accession.
