Educational Resources LLC, operating under the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia, has announced a market research process for the procurement of primary school uniforms for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Information published on the State Procurement Agency of Georgia platform stated that the process assessed supplier capacity ahead of a formal procurement procedure. Sketches outlining the proposed uniform designs have already been made available as part of the documentation.
The supply of uniforms will be implemented in two phases.
- At least 30% of the products must be delivered by July 31, 2026
- The remaining quantity must be completed by August 20, 2026
Suppliers will be required to ensure uninterrupted delivery and cover all logistics, transportation and organizational costs independently.
Following contract award, the selected supplier must coordinate closely with the procuring entity to finalize design specifications, including templates, colors, branding elements (logos, inscriptions), and sizes. Production may begin only after receiving official approval from the ordering party.
Participants, or their subcontracted manufacturers, must demonstrate at least 5 million GEL in experience in clothing production, supply, or sales between January 1, 2022 and the application deadline. Necessary documentation, such as contracts, delivery certificates, or verified invoices, must be provided to confirm this experience
Proposals for the market research will be accepted from April 21 and will close at 12:00 PM on April 22.
