Strong wind in Lanckhuti, western Guria region, claimed the life of a young man, Lanchkhuti Mayor Aleksandre Sarishvili said a tree fell on a car moving on Samtredia-Grigoleti road in Lesa village and killed the driver.

Roofs were ripped off from over 200 houses in Kutaisi and other municipalities of the Imereti region. Electricity, water and natural gas supplies are limited to the population.
