Coronavirus: Georgia Reports 2 354 New Cases, 60 Deaths

2 354 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 60 people have died, 5 200 people have recovered.

A total of 517,098 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia, of which 453 488 have recovered and 6 831 have died.

942 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 368, Imereti – 316, Kvemo Kartli – 108, Shida Kartli – 108, Guria – 64, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 156, Kakheti – 166, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 33, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 75, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 18.

The National Center for Disease Control reports, as of August 23, a total of 979,813 vaccinations were administered in Georgia.
