Russian occupants illegally detained two Georgian citizens near Koshki village in the Gori Municipality, the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) reported.
The SSG said it activated the European Union Monitoring Mission (EUMM) hotline and notified the Geneva International Discussions (GID) co-chairs to release the illegally detained individuals shortly.
“The occupying force is accountable for any destructive acts on occupied territory and across the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL),” the SSG said in its statement.
