UN Women presented the publication “We Women Have Power” in Akhaltsikhe, accompanied by a corresponding photo exhibition. The publication narrates compelling stories of rural women living in villages across Kvemo Kartli, Kakheti, and Samtskhe-Javakheti, who are driving positive change within their families, villages, and communities, despite facing obstacles.
The publication was prepared in the framework of the project “Women’s Economic Empowerment in the South Caucasus”, funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Austrian Development Cooperation (ADC).
