TBC continues to support the growth of Georgia’s business community through its Business Education Program. In June alone, 600 entrepreneurs and business representatives participated in five training sessions covering a range of practical topics designed to help businesses grow and adapt to today’s challenges.
The program provides participants with an opportunity to gain valuable insights from industry experts and apply the knowledge to strengthen and develop their businesses.
The June training sessions covered the following topics:
- Preferential Tax Regimes – Participants learned about the preferential tax statuses available to entrepreneurs under Georgian legislation, as well as the tax incentives currently offered to support businesses in Georgia.
- Managing Agricultural Risks in Finance – Designed for farmers and agribusiness professionals, this session focused on the financial assessment of agricultural risks and introduced practical approaches to making informed decisions when implementing risk insurance systems.
- Tax Updates – Tax expert Davit Papiashvili reviewed the key principles governing tax obligations in Georgia and presented practical examples of tax calculation and compliance.
- Strategic Hotel Management for Owners – This session helped hotel owners better evaluate their property’s performance, identify hidden losses and risks, and develop a more strategic approach to decision-making.
- Traditional and Modern Approaches to Financial Management for CEOs – Aimed at company executives, founders, and senior managers, the training featured practical recommendations from financial expert Giorgi Chugoshvili on improving business performance through effective financial management.
