Komarovi Campus School Graduate Receives $300,000 Funding from World’s Leading University

Nikoloz Birkadze, a 19-year-old graduate of the Komarovi Campus School of Tbilisi, received full tuition funding from a world-leading university, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The Komarovi Campus School published information about it on its Facebook page.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) is the world’s leading research institute in science and technology, based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

“The Massachusetts Institute is in the top ten of almost every ranking. In 2021, just like many times before, MIT was named Best University and ranked first in the QS World University Rankings.

“MIT tuition fees total up to $300,000. It is noteworthy that since 2014, at least one graduate of Komarovi School continues to study at MIT every year, and in 2021, an unprecedented number of two students will continue their studies there.

“Nika Birkadze is among the top ten based on the all-time results of the International Olympiad in Informatics,” the School’s administration wrote.

Nika shares his experience to other pupils too. He is currently a math teacher at the Komarovi School and shares his vast experience with the new generations.
