The National Bank stated that in July, the volume of loans issued in national currency increased by 420.90 million GEL, while the volume of loans issued in foreign currency decreased by 623.23 million GEL.
In addition, according to the information of the National Bank of Georgia, the volume of loans issued by commercial banks in July 2024, compared to the previous month, decreased by 202.32 million GEL, or 0.35%, and amounted to 57.14 billion GEL at the end of July.
