The Creative Voices for Children’s Rights initiative has continued in Guria with two new community events focused on raising awareness of children’s rights through documentary film.
Viewers in Melekeduri village and Lanchkhuti town attended screenings of Elene Mikaberidze’s Blueberry Dreams and Maka Gogaladze’s As Far Back as I Can Remember, which were followed by open discussions on children’s rights, family environments, and children’s well-being.
Organizers say the program brings together literature, film and dialogue to encourage public engagement on issues affecting children.
The initiative is supported by the European Union.
