The ministry adds that the turnover of VAT-paying companies increased by 14.0% in June compared to the same period in 2025, while the number of newly registered enterprises grew by 13.7%.

The Ministry of Economy also highlights positive foreign trade trends during the first half of 2026. The Ministry of Economy notes that exports increased by 20.0% year-on-year, reaching $3.87 billion.

Local exports, excluding re-exports, increased by 62.6% to $2.39 billion, the ministry states.
