865 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 26 people have died, and 2820 people have recovered.
A total of 1,629,930 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 1,570,884 have recovered and 16,456 have died.
The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:
430 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 24, Imereti – 115, Kvemo Kartli – 65, Shida Kartli – 46, Guria – 65, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – 35, Kakheti – 57, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 7, Samtskhe-Javakheti – 11, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 10.
2,827,920 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
On March 8, 2783 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 5450 patients recovered and 32 died.
