Biletebi.ge has launched the ‘Cancelled Performances Series,’ a unique initiative to support artists during the political turmoil. The series features a selection of performances that will not be brought to life, allowing audiences to support the industry by purchasing symbolic tickets.
Proceeds from these tickets will be entirely dedicated to charity, providing financial assistance to theater collectives in the country. In acknowledgment of the purpose, Biletebi.ge will not charge service fees for these purchases.
“Since Biletebi has supported Georgian theater since its inception, we wanted to find a way for audiences to express their solidarity and gratitude,” Biletebi.ge writes on their social media.
