74 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 1 person have died, and 357 people have recovered.
A total of 1,653,118 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 1,634,313 have recovered and 16,793 have died.
The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:
42 cases were identified in Tbilisi, Adjara – five, Imereti – seven, Kvemo Kartli – 0, Shida Kartli – one, Guria – four, Samegrelo – Zemo Svaneti – eight, Kakheti – four, Mtskheta-Mtianeti – two, Samtskhe-Javakheti – one, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 0.
2,872,820 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
On April 17, 115 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 272 patients recovered and 3 died.
