A Ukrainian drone attack triggered a large fire at a Wildberries logistics center in Russia’s Vladimir region, Russian authorities and the company say.
Videos circulating on Telegram showed flames and thick smoke rising from the facility following the strike.
Wildberries confirmed that one of its warehouses in the Vladimir region had been targeted. The company said all employees were evacuated safely and that firefighting crews were working to contain the blaze.
Vladimir region Governor Alexander Avdeyev also reported a fire at the warehouse, located in the Sobinsky district.
Neither the company nor regional authorities have reported any casualties.
Ukrainian drones have repeatedly targeted Wildberries warehouses and logistics centers across Russia over the past two weeks. Based on media reports, more than 15 of the company’s logistics facilities have been damaged in the recent wave of attacks.
