Registration for the 2026-2027 academic year in Tbilisi public kindergartens will begin on July 6, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced at a meeting of the capital’s government.
Kaladze said registration will be carried out electronically in three stages through the website of the Tbilisi Kindergarten Management Agency, kids.org.ge.
The first stage, reserved for target groups, will run from July 6 at 10:00 a.m. until July 12 at midnight. During this period, registration will be available for children from socially vulnerable families registered in Tbilisi, children with special educational needs, beneficiaries of the Tbilisi Children’s Home, children of single parents registered in Tbilisi, children of parents with multiple-child status registered in Tbilisi, children of military personnel, siblings of children already attending the same kindergarten, and children of kindergarten employees.
The second stage will take place from July 13 at 10:00 a.m. until July 19 at midnight. During this period, registration will be open to children registered in Tbilisi Municipality.
The third stage, universal registration, will begin on July 20 at 10:00 a.m. At this stage, all children aged 2 to 6 will be able to register in Tbilisi public kindergartens, regardless of their place of registration.
