‘World Book Capital’ and ‘Geolab’ Launch Open Competition ‘Interactive Books’

‘Book World Capital’ and ‘Geolab’ – laboratory of Innovation and technology are launching an open competition ‘Interactive Books’ for people who love technology.

As part of the project, participants will be able to learn how to work with the Unity engine, process the visual part in the Unity environment, and write code in the C # programming language. Unity is a multi-platform gaming engine developed by Unity Technologies that has been around since 2005 and is one of the most popular means of creating video games.

In the first phase of the project, participants will learn how to program games at Unity for free. In the final phase of the project, they will create an interactive book with professional lecturers, which is a synthesis of children’s books and computer games.

Project participants create interactive books with the help of mentors after completing the training course. The program is open to seniors and elementary students.
