The first rendering of the Trump Tower planned for Tbilisi has been published, with Newsweek reporting that the total cost of the development in central Tbilisi is $2 billion.
The image shows a 70-storey skyscraper featuring the word “Trump” in gold lettering at the top.

The publication notes that the project is the latest addition to the global expansion of the Trump Organization.
The Trump Tower is expected to become the tallest building in Tbilisi at 70 floors (259 meters) and will include premium residential spaces, retail zones and hotel infrastructure. The project is being developed in partnership with Georgian companies ‘Archi’ and ‘Biograpi Living.’
Trump Organization Vice President Eric Trump said the Tbilisi skyscraper will reflect the company’s highest quality standards.
