Workers of the tech high-grade steel shop of the Rustavi Metallurgical Plant (RMP) went on a strike.
They demand a 30% pay increase and a 13th month salary, refusing to resume work until their demands are met. The Trade Union expressed solidarity with the strikers.
The Administration claims that it will negotiate and promises to raise wages gradually.
