Television channel Imedi has reported an unexpected 45-minute broadcast interruption earlier today, caused by as yet unidentified reasons.
In an official statement, the company said that it does not rule out the possibility of a criminal act directed against the channel. “We have already contacted law enforcement authorities and are working to determine the cause of the disruption,” the statement reads.
The channel has since resumed normal broadcasting operations.
