Maia Sandu, your victory is our victory! Moldova’s elections are the best ‘evidence’ of Georgia’s stolen elections – the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili wrote on X, congratulating Maia Sandu on her victory in the presidential elections.
“Moldovan elections are the best ‘evidence’ of Georgia’s stolen elections: despite similar interference and massive fraud on the part of Russia, Moldova was saved by 300,000 diaspora voters. 1,000,000 representatives of our powerful diaspora were restricted [from voting]. Only 34,000 were allowed to vote,” the President wrote.
Yesterday, the second round of presidential elections was held in Moldova, in which, based on the preliminary results, the current president, Maia Sandu, won.
