Bad weather will continue in Georgia on January 19-20.
According to the National Environment Agency, unfavorable weather conditions are expected in Georgia on January 19-20: precipitation from time to time, mostly in the form of snow, strong in some places, significant decrease in air temperature, strong wind, heavy snow in the mountains and highlands, fog, and avalanche danger in mountainous regions.
Traffic on some sections of roads may be restricted due to heavy snowfall, visibility deterioration and avalanches.
According to the agency, on January 18, 20 and 21 in the Kolkheti lowlands at night, the air temperature is expected to drop to -5, -8 degrees, which may cause damage to citrus crops.
