The court fined Davit Kirtadze, representative of the National Movement in the CEC, 500 GEL for throwing black ink at CEC Chairman Giorgi Kalandarishvili, Judge Davit Tsekvava decided.
As the lawyer states, in this case it was not possible to correctly determine the actions for which Davit Kirtadze should be held accountable.
On November 16, at the session of the Central Election Commission, representative of the National Movement, Davit Kirtadze, threw black ink at the chairman of the Central Election Commission, Giorgi Kalandarishvili. In the same session, the CEC approved the summary minutes of the elections.
Based on the appeal of the Central Election Commission, the Ministry of Internal Affairs started an investigation under Article 118 of the Criminal Law Code, which refers to intentional less severe damage to health.
