Davit Katsarava, member of the Anti-Occupation Movement, was arrested and severely beaten at the anti-Russian law rally.
He was taken to Ingorokva clinic and is currently undergoing surgery.
“He is badly beaten about the head, his jaw is broken. His face and head are actually deformed, he was hit on the head very purposefully by many people,” said Sofo Khachapuridze, Davit Katsarava’s wife.
