“Today we started a new project, which involves the placement of vaccination centers on buses,” stated the Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze.

At the first stage, specially branded buses are set up at three places – Gldani, Varketili, and the station square.

“This is an international practice, there are many branded buses in Europe, where citizens receive services and their vaccines are available. We decided to start with 3 buses in Tbilisi, at the first stage, we have chosen 3 areas, where vaccination points were least accessible. We have decided to set up 3 buses in Varketili, Gldani, and the station square. A total of 10 branded buses are planned to be placed, where the citizen will receive all the necessary, safe services in terms of the vaccination that they would get in the clinic and polyclinic,” stated Tikaradze.
