Tbilisi City Hall has extended the deadline for spring semester tuition fee financing applications for the 2024–2025 academic year until May 31.
Speaking at a municipal government meeting, Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced that more than 1,900 applications have been submitted since March 5, with 254 already approved. The program offers financial support to socially vulnerable students, families with multiple children, and students with disabilities.
“We are continuing to review applications, and approvals will follow progressively,” Kaladze said.
He also noted that, based on data from higher education institutions, 442 successful master’s students will receive financial aid from City Hall — a key initiative aimed at empowering and supporting Georgia’s youth.
