With the support of TBC, European University has significantly expanded and modernized its educational infrastructure, creating new learning spaces, state-of-the-art laboratories, and an enhanced clinical training base.

As part of the long-standing partnership, the University has opened a new Veterinary Medicine Academic Building, constructed student campuses, acquired St. Michael’s University Hospital, and continues to rehabilitate and upgrade its existing facilities. These investments enable students to receive education that meets international standards by combining academic excellence with hands-on practical experience.

European University is an internationally oriented private higher education institution, welcoming students from nearly 130 countries. The University comprises five faculties and offers academic programs in both Georgian and English.

The University is also home to one of the most advanced and diverse simulation centers in the Caucasus region. Students have access to cutting-edge laboratories and innovative educational technologies, including a 3D anatomical table, virtual patient simulation platforms, a VR laboratory, and other high-tech training equipment designed to enhance practical learning.

Practical training remains one of European University’s key strengths. Students enrolled in Medicine, Dentistry, and Veterinary Medicine programs complete their clinical placements at the University’s own teaching facilities—including Jo Ann University Hospital, St. Michael’s University Hospital, and EU Denti—as well as at partner European universities and university hospitals, gaining valuable international clinical experience.

TBC has partnered with European University for more than a decade, implementing a range of joint projects together with other organizations within the University’s ecosystem, including Jo Ann University Hospital, St. Michael’s University Hospital, and European Central University in Kutaisi.

By supporting initiatives like these, TBC continues to contribute to the development of modern educational and healthcare infrastructure in Georgia, while promoting the adoption of international standards across sectors that are essential to the country’s long-term growth.
