TBC continues to promote technology-driven education by creating opportunities for the next generation to acquire modern, in-demand professional skills. As part of this commitment, the company offers TBC Campus – a free online educational program that enables anyone aged 18 and above to study business disciplines and develop practical skills from anywhere in Georgia.
At TBC, equal access to high-quality education is a priority. Through its fully online format, TBC Campus removes geographical barriers, allowing participants from every region of the country to gain valuable knowledge and build career-ready competencies at no cost.
Over the past several years, TBC Campus has proven that online education can be an effective, flexible, and results-oriented learning model. The program’s reach extends well beyond the capital, with 57% of participants coming from different regions of Georgia. Today, TBC Campus has nearly 1,000 participants, while its most recent cohort saw 112 students successfully complete the program. Participants benefit from flexible learning schedules, work on real-life business and technology challenges, and apply their knowledge through hands-on practical experience.
The curriculum covers a range of high-demand disciplines, including Marketing, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Project Management.
TBC Campus is part of TBC’s broader online education ecosystem, which also includes Tech School, the IT Academy, the Tech Olympiad Hub, and other educational initiatives. Together, these programs support learners of different ages and experience levels, creating a continuous pathway for technology education and professional development.
The program is implemented in partnership with Collab, ensuring that the learning experience is strongly practice-oriented. Under the guidance of industry professionals, participants work on real-world projects while developing analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills—competencies that significantly enhance their career prospects and employability.
Registration for the next TBC Campus cohort will open in September. Once again, the program will provide young people across Georgia with the opportunity to receive modern education, gain practical experience, and develop the skills needed to build successful careers—all completely free of charge.
