Podolyak asks for the release of Mikheil Saakashvili for treatment and expresses his readiness to personally “pick him up”.
“Any president is a human, but also an Institution. A country that allows itself to murder its ex-leader on live TV commits a historical sin that will be hard to wash off. Do not allow this to happen. Release Saakashvili for treatment. I am ready to personally pick him up. Do it”, he tweeted.
