Ogawa’s playful yet sophisticated interpretation of the second movement and her dazzling precision in the final movement underscored her technical agility and rhythmic vitality.

A Fiery Finale
The concert concluded with Fryderyk Chopin’s Scherzo No. 2 in B-flat minor, Op. 31. Ogawa’s performance was a passionate and virtuosic tour de force. Her powerful interpretation of the opening chords immediately drew the audience into Chopin’s intense emotional world. The lyrical middle section, played with a tender, singing tone, showcased her deep emotional conveyance. The final passages, executed with dazzling speed and precision, brought the concert to a thrilling and triumphant close.
