Lawyers entered the 12th penitentiary in Rustavi to visit the former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili. The lawyers did not make comments before entering the prison.
Nika Gvaramia, Beka Basilaia and Dimitri Sadzaglishvili will make statements to journalists after leaving the penitentiary.
Saakashvili was transferred from Gori Military Hospital to Rustavi 12th Penitentiary Institution late last night.
