Kakha Kaladze, the Mayor of Tbilisi, and Irakli Kobakhidze, the Prime Minister of Georgia, examined the reestablished cableway connecting Freedom Square and Tabor Ridge, followed by a visit to the construction site of the Paragraph Hotel near the ridge.
“The Paragraph Hotel project is a notable development for Tbilisi and will enhance its tourism potential,” the Prime Minister stated.
Giorgi Baidarashvili, CEO of the Georgian Tourism Development Fund, provided an in-depth evaluation of the project to the guests during the cable car ride.
The cableway, with total investments amounting to approximately USD 20 million, has the capacity to transport around 1,000 passengers per hour and is scheduled to open by New Year.
