Homer Partners with Anagi for Landmark Residential Project “Homer Alpha”

A new partnership has been officially formed between the development company Homer and the prominent construction company Anagi. As part of the agreement, Anagi will be responsible for managing the construction of Homer’s flagship project, Homer Alpha.

The decision to collaborate with Anagi was based on the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality and reliable construction. Together, the companies aim to deliver a standout residential project, built to the highest professional standards

“We conducted a complex tender process that included eight competing companies. Our aim was to define what a ‘Homer’ apartment should stand for, which meant partnering with a company that shares our standards,” said Nikoloz Medzmariashvili, General Director of Homer. “As a new player in the development field, the stability of our construction partner was crucial. Anagi’s track record gave us full confidence.”

Homer Alpha serves as the flagship project for Homer – a development that blends technology, design, and a unique approach to public spaces. It’s more than just a residential building; it’s designed to be a place where everything works and every detail matters.

“From a construction perspective, Homer Alpha is a particularly special project. It stands out for its low-rise layout, which nowadays means greater comfort for residents,” explained Irakli Gogolishvili, General Director of Anagi. “We studied the project thoroughly during the tender phase. Homer plans to primarily use European materials, which speaks to their commitment to quality. An 80,000 square meter scale for a first project is a bold first step for Homer and we will deliver it with the same success we’ve brought to many other projects.”

The development will include four buildings, featuring the city’s first residential building with a painted facade, adding a distinct aesthetic to the project. The infrastructure plan is designed for maximum efficiency and usability.

The project will feature: 7,300 sq.m green areas and recreational spaces, Children’s play zones and dedicated pet walking areas, Sports and fitness facilities for healthy lifestyle followers.

Located in Dighomi, a fast-growing area near the American Embassy and Olympic Pool, Homer Alpha is situated on Bob Walsh Street, offering easy access to major city landmarks. Just a three-minute walk away, residents can reach a football school, ice rink, gymnastics and basketball halls, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a football field, and a rugby stadium.
