Georgia exported 5,200 tons of blueberries worth $34.2 million between May 1 and July 2, 2026, the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture says.
Compared to the same period last year, blueberry exports increased by 9% (450 tons), while their value rose by 6% ($1.8 million).
The average export price during the period was $6.60 per kilogram.
Russia remained the largest export market, importing 4,679 tons of Georgian blueberries.
The Ministry also says blueberry exports to European Union countries reached 339 tons, worth $2.2 million, during the same period, marking a 56% increase compared to the corresponding period last year.
Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland were the leading EU destinations for Georgian blueberries in the current marketing year.
