Georgia’s #1 Developer Archi and NEXT, Georgia’s First International Developer, Announce Joint Development of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort

Georgia’s leading development company Archi, internationally experienced developer NEXT, and the world-renowned hotel under one of the best-known Swiss brands in the world, are jointly announcing a premium hotel-residential complex on the Black Sea coast in Kobuleti.

On June 3, the official presentation of the project is scheduled at the location of Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort. A special event will be held on-site, and pre-sales will also officially begin on the same day.

Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach Resort is located just a few minutes from Batumi – in a region distinguished by the rapid growth of tourism.

The project will comprise three monumental buildings and will bring together a hotel, residential and investment apartments, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a broad range of lifestyle amenities. The complex will also include conference spaces, a lobby, lounge and bar, an Italian restaurant, a casino, a 2,500 sq.m fitness center, a spa and wellness center, and children’s entertainment areas.

The architectural planning of the complex was developed by Chapman Taylor’s Madrid office. The project will create a unique resort destination in Kobuleti’s coastal resort area. Its key advantage is sea views from every apartment, while the concept is based on harmonious integration with the natural landscape.

The project partners are leading companies in their industries. As Georgia’s #1 developer, Archi is distinguished by quality, strong international trust, and a long-term development vision. Internationally experienced developer NEXT specializes in premium seaside real estate and five-star branded residences. Swissôtel’s involvement will offer guests and investors Swiss-standard hospitality and refined design on the Kobuleti coastline.

The total investment volume of the project amounts to 300 million USD.

“This large-scale project on the Black Sea coast in Kobuleti will be an outstanding opportunity for those looking to profitably invest capital in real estate at an early stage. Together with our experienced and successful partners, our team is offering an exceptional project to both local and international investors. As a market leader, it is important for Archi that every new initiative establishes a new standard in the country, creates additional jobs, and significantly contributes to economic development,”says Ilia Tsulaia, Founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Archi.

“We are delighted to launch this large-scale project. We have extensive international experience in resort and tourism development in Georgia, Dubai, Spain, and Kenya. We believe this project will completely transform Kobuleti’s investment climate and establish it as a new point of attraction in the region. It will become a distinguished offering for both local and international investors,”says Kakha Devadze, Founder of NEXT.

“We are pleased to introduce the Swissôtel brand to Kobuleti in collaboration with Archi and NEXT. This project fully reflects Swissôtel’s vision of modern premium hospitality, refined design, high-quality experiences, and vitality of Alpine energy in a unique location. We believe Swissôtel Kobuleti Beach will become one of the region’s most distinguished destinations for both international travelers and investors,” says Philippe Bone, Vice-President Development CIS, Georgia, Israel and Cyprus at Accor.
