The Ministry of Agriculture says 11.3 thousand tons of apples worth USD 8.5 million were exported from Georgia in the first four months of 2026.
The Ministry says that compared to the January–April period of the previous year, export value increased by 32% (USD 2.1 million), while export volumes rose by 11% (1.1 thousand tons).
The Ministry of Agriculture says that from August 2025 to April 2026, total apple exports exceeded 21,000 tons, marking the highest figure in recent years.
It adds that the total value of apple exports in the current marketing year reached USD 15.6 million.
