GD: The “Deep State” punishes Ivanishvili for peace – no one can scare Georgian people with sanctions

As long as there is a first front in Ukraine, there will always be an interest in a second front in Georgia. This is precisely what the sanctions that specific states, at the behest of the Global War Party and with the help of the “Deep State,” impose on Georgian politicians and officials are related to, – reads the statement of the Georgian Dream political council.

The statement also claims that the “Deep State” is punishing Bidzina Ivanishvili for peace, which “Georgian society sees very well.”

“As is known to the public, several states have imposed financial sanctions and visa restrictions on politicians and high-ranking government officials elected by the Georgian people. These decisions should once again be assessed as an anti-Georgian step that undermines the trust of Georgian society in Western institutions.

“It should be noted that the deeper the roots of the Global War Party in various countries and the stronger the metastases of the ‘Deep State’ in a given country, which serves as the main instrument of the informal influence of the Global War Party, the more anti-Georgian the attitude of the respective country towards the Georgian state and the Georgian people is. Without exception, every specific politician and bureaucrat who is distinguished by anti-Georgian statements, be it the president, prime minister, parliamentarian, MEP, diplomat or official, is a member of the ‘Deep State’ network, which acts not in the interests of the American or European people, but at the behest of the Global War Party.

The team of the elected US president is making encouraging statements about the destruction of the “Deep State” in American official structures. President Trump stated even before the elections that “either America will destroy the ‘Deep State’ or the ‘Deep State’ will destroy America,” GD writes.

“The fact is that over the past four years, it has been the ‘Deep State” that has been destroying not only America, but also many countries around the world. The ‘Deep State’ has created the most serious economic problems for the European Union. The ‘Deep State’ has engulfed many countries around the world in the flames of war. The most severe effect of the ‘Deep State’ patrons was felt on our friendly country – Ukraine. Ukraine, which until 2014 had sovereignty, territorial integrity, peace and an economy worth almost 200 billion, is practically destroyed today, for which the authors of the ‘Maidan’ do not take any responsibility.

“Georgia has so far survived the Ukrainian scenario as a result of great efforts and an uncompromising struggle, however, the fight for peace continues and this fight must be brought to an end. As long as there is a first front in Ukraine, the interest of a second front in Georgia will always exist. This is precisely what the sanctions that specific states impose on Georgian politicians and officials, dictated by the Global War Party and by the ‘Deep State,’ are related to. The Georgian people must fight to the end to survive and prevent the Ukrainization of Georgia. By doing so, we will also do a good deed for Europe, the majority of countries of which are currently playing the ‘Deep State’ game and are unable to protect their own national interests.

“The value situation of EU bureaucracy is extremely difficult today, best expressed by the five resolutions adopted by the European Parliament regarding Georgia. In these resolutions, the European Parliament demanded the punishment of Bidzina Ivanishvili, the release of Saakashvili and other criminals, the repeal of the law against LGBT propaganda, etc. With the last, fifth resolution, the European Parliament demanded what no serious player had dared to publicly demand before – the imposition of sanctions on Russia and the collapse of the Georgian economy. Given this trend, the European Parliament will most likely openly demand the start of a war with Russia in the sixth resolution.

“It does not need much proof that the formal basis for the sanctions imposed by specific states is not serious. Bidzina Ivanishvili is being sanctioned for replacing bloody authoritarianism with democratic rule in Georgia, ending the systematic practice of torture and murder, business racketeering, media capture, and election fraud, increasing the country’s economy from 28 billion to 90 billion, and bringing 12 years of uninterrupted peace to Georgia.

“Vakhtang Gomelauri and the heroic police officers, including those who fought in the 2008 war, are being sanctioned for effectively thwarting three violent coup attempts in the last two years, and not only without causing any casualties, but without leaving any trace on the health of even a single person.

“In contrast, we all remember the May 26 and June 20 special operations of the Global War Party and the ‘Deep State’ favorites, Merabishvili and Gakharia, which ended in the murder of four people in one case, and in the other – with the most serious traces on the health of 7 people. Let us remind you that no one thought of sanctioning either Merabishvili or Gakharia, because the ‘Deep State’ was guided by Roosevelt’s famous saying – “He’s a son of a bitch, but he’s our son of a bitch.” It is logical that whoever pleases the “son of a bitch” sanctions the heroic policemen.

“We all remember that the ‘Deep State’ labeled the dictator Saakashvili, who started the 2008 war with Russia, as a hero and a beacon of democracy. It is logical that the Global War Party does not spare praise for the agent of war. The continuation of this logic is that the ‘Deep State’ punishes Bidzina Ivanishvili for peace. All this is very well understood by the Georgian society, and that is why the ‘Deep State’ sanctions in Georgia have lost all power.

“It is noteworthy that sanctions against Georgia were first imposed by the hands of the Ukrainian government, whose top officials openly called on the Georgian government to open a second front. This was followed by sanctions by the Baltic states, which have practically lost their sovereignty and are forced to act entirely at the behest of the ‘Deep State’.

The demands and threats that had been voiced behind closed doors have finally taken on a public form. ‘Either you go to war or I will punish you’ – this is the simple message that Georgia and the Georgian people receive from the Global War Party. Moreover, through the mouth of the opposition, they even started talking about punishing the Georgian people, which is a sure sign that the Global War Party is more irritated by the uncompromising position of the Georgian people than of the government.. The Georgian people, who did not allow the collective ‘National Movement’, i.e. the agency of the Global War Party, to return to power and drag Georgia into war again.

“Ultimately, no one can scare the Georgian people with any sanctions, because the society understands very well that no sanctions can be compared to the destruction of the country. Therefore, no one can force the Georgian government to sacrifice the country for a devastating war at the cost of any sanctions. The Georgian people will not allow the Ukrainization of Georgia at the cost of any sanctions,” reads the statement of the Georgian Dream’s political council.
