The real estate company Archi says property prices in Georgia are expected to grow steadily by 4–6% this year.
The company’s General Director Shio Khetsuriani said in an interview with the BMG program that demand for Archi’s projects has increased significantly.
“In the first three months of this year, we saw a 67% increase compared to the same period last year,” Khetsuriani said. He attributed the growth to rising consumer trust in the company and the popularity of premium-class projects launched about two years ago.
Khetsuriani added that price growth has remained relatively stable in recent years, averaging 4–6%, and the company expects a similar trend to continue in 2026.
