A New Record at Archi – 206 Apartments Sold in a Single Day

On July 5th, Archi held a major sales event at its new premium residential complex, Archi Horizon, where a record-breaking 206 apartments were sold in just one day. As a result, more than 700 new residents have joined the Archi community.

Starting at 12 PM, Archi’s Philharmonic office welcomed a large number of prospective buyers eager to purchase their dream home at the best price – either for long-term living or as a high-yield real estate investment. The one-day discount event is a tradition of Archi, organized at the start of construction for specific projects, offering clients the opportunity to purchase an apartment at a special price that will never be repeated.

“On July 5th, we welcomed many people who wanted to be the first to choose and purchase an apartment in the new Archi Horizon complex. This date is important for our company, as it marked the first major sales event for a premium project, and 206 apartments were sold in one day. Investor interest was particularly strong – many secured a low-risk investment and saw returns as soon as the next day, with more growth expected as the project nears completion. At Archi, our top priority is caring for our residents, and we are committed to ensuring that every Archi homeowner lives in comfort,” said Shio Khetsuriani, CEO of Archi.

Archi Horizon is located in a green, peaceful area of Ortachala. The premium complex features multifunctional infrastructure, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, padel courts, football and basketball fields, a neighborhood lounge, and parking – basically everything needed for comfortable everyday living.

July 5th at the Philharmonic office truly felt like a celebration, as many had the opportunity to secure their apartment at an unbeatable price. The event was hosted by Archi’s friend, Duta Skhirtladze, who personally congratulated each new homeowner alongside company representatives. The leading development company is preparing many more exceptional projects, offers, and events for its residents.

As Georgia’s leading development company, Archi continues to set trends and strengthen the real estate sector. For 19 years, the company has brought together over 46,000 homeowners as part of one big family. Archi boasts over 50 completed and more than 30 ongoing projects in all districts of Tbilisi, as well as in Rustavi, Batumi, Sioni, Bakuriani, and even Miami, USA.
