Georgia will host the national edition of the prestigious Young Lions competition, part of the globally renowned Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, from March 21 to 30, 2026.
The Young Lions Competition at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity is a global contest for creative professionals under 30, designed to spotlight emerging talent in advertising, marketing, and communications. Teams of two are challenged to develop a campaign or creative solution for a real brand or social cause within a tight deadline, often 24–48 hours, across categories like Film, Print, Digital, and Media. Winners receive Young Lions medals and gain exposure to industry leaders, networking opportunities, and career-advancing recognition, making it a high-profile launchpad for the next generation of creative innovators worldwide.
As part of its long-standing commitment to supporting the creative industry in Georgia, TBC Bank continues to serve as a key partner of the national initiative and the official presenter of the Marketer category.
The Georgian edition of the festival aims to identify and promote emerging creative professionals, providing them with a unique opportunity to showcase their talent on the international stage. The competition will be held across five categories: Print, Film, Digital, Marketer, and PR, and it is open to employees of creative agencies, students, as well as in-house creative teams from various organizations.
Winning teams will represent Georgia at the global Young Lions competition in Cannes, France, as part of one of the world’s most influential gatherings in the creative industry.
In recognition of outstanding contributions to the development of the creative sector, the honorary Nika Gujejiani Award will once again be presented this year.
For decades, TBC Bank has actively supported initiatives that empower young people to unlock their potential, build confidence, and develop creative skills. Through both independent and collaborative projects, the company continues to foster the growth of Georgia’s creative industry, offering the next generation access to international experience and opportunities for professional advancement.
