Traffic restrictions near Dinamo Arena on November 15 due to Georgia–Spain match

Traffic around Dinamo Arena will be restricted on November 15 due to the football match between the Georgian and Spanish national teams. Tbilisi City Hall announced that vehicle and public transport movement in the surrounding area will be limited from 10:00 to 00:00, with closures introduced gradually throughout the day.

During this period, traffic will be prohibited on the following streets:

  • Giorgi Tsabadze Street

  • Davit Kipiani Street

  • Slava Metreveli Street

  • Akaki Tsereteli Avenue

Drivers will be able to use alternative routes via Tevdore Mghvdeli, Abastumani, and Mikheil Tsinamdzghvrishvili streets, as well as Tamar Mepe Avenue, Archil Kurdiani, Shota Iamanidze, and Murman Lebanidze streets.

Changes to bus routes

Several bus routes will operate on modified paths throughout the day.
Buses N384, N386, N311, N320, N315, N327, N306, N308, and N381 will travel from Tsereteli Avenue to Kutaisi Street, continue via Vakhtang Batonishvili Bridge, Saakadze Square, Konstantine Gamsakhurdia Avenue, Giorgi Mirotadze Street, and Peking Avenue, reconnecting with Heroes’ Square through Gamsakhurdia Avenue.

From Heroes’ Square, buses N320, N327, N386, N381, N315, and N384 will continue along their established routes through Tamar Mepe Avenue, while N306, N308, and N311 will move via Varaziskhevi following their regular scheme.

Changes to minibus routes

Minibuses N541, N551, N536, and N431 will travel from Tsereteli Avenue to Kutaisi Street and onwards to Saakadze Square.

  • N541 will connect to Gamsakhurdia Avenue via Giorgi Mirotadze Street and continue as usual from Heroes’ Square.

  • N551 will link to Peking Avenue via Giorgi Mirotadze Street and then follow its standard route.

  • N536 will move from Gamsakhurdia Avenue to Heroes’ Square and continue along Tamar Mepe Avenue.

  • N431 will proceed from Saakadze Square to Shartava Street, then follow its established route.

All routes will return to Tsereteli Avenue along analogous paths when traveling in the opposite direction.

Minibus N476 will connect Peking and Gamsakhurdia Avenues from Zhiuli Shartava Street via Saakadze Square and Giorgi Mirotadze Street, continuing along its regular route from Tamar Mepe Avenue.

Minibus N504 will terminate at Tsereteli Metro Station during the restriction period.

Minibus N538, when traveling toward Station Square, will use the left bank of the Mtkvari to reach General Kvinitadze Street and Tamar Mepe Avenue before rejoining its standard route. In the opposite direction, it will return toward Didube Metro Station using the same alternative corridor.
