German Ambassador to Georgia Peter Fischer announced on X that he had a constructive discussion with Germany’s Minister of State for Europe, Gunther Krichbaum, who expressed deep concern about Georgia’s current trajectory.
Fischer noted that Krichbaum also reaffirmed the German government’s full support for him in his role as ambassador.
“Of course, Germany rejects political violence. I have said so publicly in Georgia. To claim otherwise is untrue,” the ambassador emphasized.
