By decree of the Government of Georgia, January 3, 6, 8, 9 and 10 have been declared holidays.
The Prime Minister of Georgia signed the decree on December 24.
Based on the document, the administrative body determines the services/employees within its system under its jurisdiction to whom this decree will not apply if the performance of their functions is an urgent necessity for the exercise of state power and the normal functioning of society.
Also, the decree does not apply to financial obligations to be fulfilled before persons subject to the supervision of the National Bank of Georgia.
Based on the document, this resolution does not apply to the activities related to state procurements provided for by the Law of Georgia on State Procurement.
