The Public Registry has canceled the conservative, violent, pro-Russian movement/Alt-Info party. The decision is reflected on the website of the public registry.
On April 4, the leader of the Putinist movement, Konstantine Morgoshia, wrote on his Facebook page that Alt-Info has obtained the status of an electoral entity to participate in the 2024 elections.
The basis for the initiation of the cancellation proceedings was the appeal of the Anti-Corruption Bureau, which requested the study of the legality of the decision of the National Public Registry Agency on the registration of December 7, 2021.
The Public Register cites non-submission of the congress’s charter as a legal justification.
