Some 40 minutes since the riot police encouraged the protesters into a retreat from the Parliament area, a number have regrouped on the river bank highway and are marching back towards Baratishvili Bridge and Liberty Square, chanting “Sakartvelo” (Georgia).
Police have removed everyone from Rustaveli Avenue to Liberty Square but are facing returning protesters from the Rustaveli Metro direction.
Those on the river bank are seeking to stop the protesters near Justice House.
