Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili stated that Georgia stands with Japan following the news about the attack on former Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo.
“Deeply saddened to hear news about the attack on Abe Shinzo while addressing the voters. Our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family. Georgia stands with the people of Japan,” he tweeted.
Former Japanese Prime Minister Abe Shinzo was rushed to the hospital after he was shot in the chest during a speech in Nara, Japan. His condition is grave.
