Edison Research asked Georgian citizens who their favorite politicians were.

Based on the new survey results, former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia, now the leader of For Georgia party, is the most rated politician, with 57% of respondents having a positive attitude towards him.

Gakharia is followed by Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze with 50%, UNM leader Nika Melia – 47%, Strategy Aghmashenebeli leader Giorgi Vashadze – 43%, Former head of the Georgian Dream Coalition Bidzina Ivanishvili – 38%, PM Irakli Garibashvili – 38%, and Ana Dolidze – 38%.

The survey was held following the order of the Formula TV Company from 7 to 19 June, with a total of 1,500 (800 in the capital and 700 in the regions) respondents participating in it. The margin of error is +/- 3%.

For the record, earlier, the International Republican Institute (IRI) survey also named Gakharia the most rated politician.
